These Terms of Delivery govern all goods and services provided by Boiron Canada. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Delivery Method

We use a third-party service for all deliveries. The expected delivery times may vary based on the destination and external factors affecting the third-party service. We strive to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed for standard deliveries. If there are any variations due to special circumstances or destinations, such costs will be communicated and agreed upon before finalizing the order.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@remedis.app.
• We do not guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit your order.  
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability. In such cases, customers will be notified and fully reimbursed.

5. Reimbursement

Reimbursements for canceled orders or returns will be processed within 14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment used during the purchase. Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Remedis.
